My house is full of the stomach flu…boooooo!!! After barely being able to eat anything, I really want to stay on my B.R.A.T. (Bananas, rice, apples, toast) diet but I need some “goody” to get me through this sickness. So…thanks to Pinterest…I am trying this today. Hope its delicious!!!

      So I doubled the recipe and added two spoonfuls of peanut butter. It was definitely thick and a mousse-like texture. I then refroze it and have been enjoying it like that. If you can eat ricotta by the spoonful, the texture will be nothing for you. =)
